Help us support disaster relief so we can assist those most in need.

The Community Foundation for Ocala/Marion County has established a crisis and disaster relief fund to prepare for current and future possible natural disasters and crisis situations.

The purpose of this fund is to create a source of unrestricted dollars to use for immediate assistance of those in need. Preparing early is vital to responding effectively during a crisis.

During disaster situations, people may experience food insecurity, lost wages, housing displacement, and a whole host of other concerns. By supporting the Marion County Community Crisis and Disaster Relief Fund enables us to be able to respond to these concerns during flooding, severe thunderstorms, hurricanes, tornados, wildfires, and more.

The Community Foundation for Ocala/Marion relies on the philanthropy of friends who support our goals: to be a community leader that brings together nonprofit charities, the public and private sectors, and givers – to build a stronger community……one passion at a time.

Gifts by check can be made payable to Community Foundation for Ocala/Marion County and dropped off or mailed to 324 SE 24th Street, Ocala, FL 34471. Make sure to write “Marion County Community Crisis and Disaster Relief Fund” on the Memo line.
