Restoring Lives, Families & Communities
Since 2005, Xtreme SOULutions has worked to transform the lives of incarcerated men through Christ-centered programming, education, mentorship, and reentry support. Founded in Marion County, Florida, Xtreme SOULutions was created to address the cycles of addiction, poverty, trauma, and incarceration by helping individuals discover purpose, accountability, healing, and hope.
As a faith-based 501(c)(3) organization, Xtreme SOULutions provides programs and opportunities that extend far beyond what traditional systems can offer. Through partnerships with volunteers, churches, businesses, educators, and community leaders, the organization equips participants with the tools needed to successfully transition from prison life into productive and purpose-filled living.
Operating primarily within Marion Correctional Institution, Xtreme SOULutions oversees a dedicated 200-bed residential dorm designed to foster accountability, structure, personal growth, and positive peer culture. Men participating in the program engage in a comprehensive curriculum-driven reentry process focused on emotional intelligence, leadership development, addiction recovery, healthy relationships, financial literacy, spiritual growth, and life transformation.
A key part of the program includes a 2-acre garden and agricultural initiative where participants learn responsibility, teamwork, work ethic, and stewardship while helping provide fresh produce and meaningful vocational experiences. These hands-on opportunities help reinforce dignity, discipline, and service to others.
More than 35 dedicated volunteers generously give their time to teach classes, mentor participants, lead Bible studies, provide counseling, and build healthy supportive relationships with the men in the program. These consistent relationships create a powerful sense of community, encouragement, and accountability that helps participants prepare for successful reintegration into society.
In addition to classroom instruction and mentoring, Xtreme SOULutions provides wrap-around support that helps participants navigate life after incarceration, including employment readiness, transportation assistance, housing connections, family reunification support, and healthy community engagement.
