Give4Marion is an annual event hosted by The Community Foundation for Ocala/Marion which inspires and mobilizes our community to support local nonprofits by providing a platform for fundraising, awareness, and community engagement. Give4Marion exemplifies the spirit of unity, compassion, and generosity that characterizes the citizens of Marion County, encouraging everyone to come together to make a positive impact on our community.
Launched in 2020 at the height of the pandemic, Give4Marion was created to help local nonprofits facing unprecedented funding challenges. What began as a 24-hour event raising over $310,000 has grown into a 33-hour community-wide tradition that, in just six years, has generated more than $8.5 million for nonprofits across Marion County.
2026 marks the 7th annual 33-hour community-wide tradition of fostering collaboration between nonprofits, local businesses, and residents to address critical needs and improve the well-being of our community.
This remarkable success is possible because of the generosity of partners who fuel the excitement by providing Power Hour prizes, Matching Moments, and Social Media challenges which spark donors to engage, give more, and share the mission. Partnerships don’t just encourage giving, it amplifies impact, builds momentum, and strengthens the organizations that make our community thrive.

Matching Moments
Matching Moments inspire community donors to give within a certain timeframe. All donations up to $100 during your hour will be matched.
Power Hours
Businesses create a “prize” for our Power Hours. These awards are given out during a specific hour to nonprofits who meet the criteria you set, such as most donors or most dollars raised within the hours.
Social Prizes
Businesses gain lots of interaction through social media prizes. The nonprofits will post a photo and tag the sponsor as well as The Community Foundation. We will then draw a winner of the hour.
Give4Marion Luncheon
At our Luncheon, we get to invite all of the participating nonprofits together for a meal to connect and watch the leaderboards in real time. We also announce the Matching Moment of the hour and draw raffles.
Give4Marion Celebration
At our Celebration, we get to invite all of the participating nonprofits together to connect and watch the leaderboards in real time. We also announce the Matching Moment of the hour as well as all of the raffle winners and the pop up prize winners.
